About
A printable mesh from one photo
PrintMesh is a web app for makers who want GLB, OBJ, or STL from a single image, then finish the print in their own slicer.
A mesh from one image, not a CAD lesson
PrintMesh exists for makers who already know what they want to print and do not want to start in a modeling program. You have a photo of a product, a sketch of a character, or a picture of a prop. You want a file your slicer can open. The usual path is Blender or a CAD tool, and that path is the right one when you need precise dimensions. It is a long path when you only need a first mesh.
The product takes one JPG or PNG and generates a 3D mesh. You preview it in the browser as GLB, then download OBJ to edit or STL to slice. The same generation feeds every format. You do not run the model three times, and you do not install a desktop app to see whether the silhouette is right.
Who it is for
Hobbyists printing figurines and household objects use it to get a starting STL. Prop builders use it when a reference photo is faster than box modeling. Small teams use it when several people need a mesh and nobody's job is CAD. If you already live in a sculpting tool, PrintMesh is a shortcut to a first shape, not a replacement for that tool.
It is a poor fit for a measured mechanical part, a scan that must match calipers, or a group photo. One clear subject and a simple background produce a mesh you can judge. A busy scene produces a mesh you will throw away.
What we leave to you
PrintMesh does not guarantee a watertight mesh and does not run a repair pass. It does not choose layer height, supports, or filament. Those decisions belong in Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Bambu Studio, where you can see the slice. A clean preview is not a promise that the print will succeed the first time. The printing guides walk through the checks we expect you to make.
Free accounts get 10 one-time credits and watermarked downloads. Paid plans add a monthly allowance and remove the watermark. Standard, High, and Ultra change the credit cost and the level of detail. They do not change who is responsible for the slice. Prices and the 14-day money-back guarantee are on the pricing page and the refund policy.
How to reach us
Questions about a generation, a missing credit, or a download go to contact. Questions about personal data go to the address on the privacy policy. The rules for uploads and ownership of your models are in the terms of service. If you want to try the loop before you read further, upload one image and open the STL in the slicer you already use.
