1. Service Description

PrintMesh provides an online image-to-3D model conversion service. Users upload images and receive downloadable 3D model files in GLB, OBJ, or STL format.

2. Account and Credits

You must create an account to use the service. Free accounts receive a one-time grant of 10 credits. Paid subscriptions provide monthly credit allowances that reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or is designed to abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the 3D models generated from them. PrintMesh does not claim any rights over your content.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times may vary based on demand and model complexity.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrintMesh is provided “as is.” We are not liable for print failures, model quality issues, or any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
