Terms of Service

PrintMesh provides an online image-to-3D model conversion service. You upload an image and receive downloadable 3D model files in GLB, OBJ, or STL format. GLB is the preview in the browser. OBJ is for editors such as Blender. STL is for slicers such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, and Bambu Studio. The service does not slice the mesh, choose supports, or send a job to your printer.

You must create an account to use the service. Free accounts receive 10 credits at the start of each calendar month (UTC); unused free credits do not roll over. Paid subscriptions provide monthly credit allowances that reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Standard costs 1 credit, High costs 2, and Ultra costs 3. A higher tier is a finer mesh from the same image, not a guarantee that the file will print cleanly.

Free downloads include a watermark. Paid plans download without a watermark. Prices and monthly allowances are listed on the pricing page: Free at $0, Starter at $9 a month for 100 credits, Pro at $19 a month for 300 credits, and Unlimited at $49 a month. The refund policy explains the 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid charge.

You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or is designed to abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Do not upload someone else's product photos or character art unless you have the right to make a 3D model from them. You are responsible for what you send to the generator.

Do not probe the service for ways to skip credits, share a single paid account as a public download site, or overwhelm the generator with automated uploads. We may throttle or close an account that does that.

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the 3D models generated from them. PrintMesh does not claim any rights over your content. You give us a limited license to process the image, store the mesh, and show the preview back to you so the service can run. That license ends when the files are deleted with your account, except for copies we are required to keep for fraud or legal claims.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times may vary based on demand and model complexity. A queued job can take longer at busy times. If a generation fails before a file is stored, the credits for that job should return to your balance. If they do not, write to support with the time of the attempt.

PrintMesh is provided as is. We are not liable for print failures, model quality issues, or any damages arising from use of the service. A mesh that looks right in the browser can still fail in a slicer because of scale, thin walls, or overhangs. Inspect the STL before you print. The printing guides describe those checks. They are not a warranty.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. Cancellation of a paid plan is separate from deleting the account. Cancel first if you want to stop renewal, then delete the account if you also want the stored models removed.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page is the last time the terms changed. If a change affects credits, refunds, or ownership of your models, the updated page is the version that applies from that date forward.
