Email the PrintMesh team

Write to support@printmesh.app for a generation or a bill, and to privacy@printmesh.app for a copy or deletion of your account data.

Product support

Email support@printmesh.app for a generation that failed, a download that will not open, or a credit balance that looks wrong. Include the email on your PrintMesh account and the approximate time of the job. If Paddle sent a receipt, include that id too. We can find the account from the email. We cannot find it from a screenshot alone.

Support covers the web app: upload, generation, GLB preview, OBJ and STL download, and the subscription tied to your account. We do not set up your printer, choose a filament profile, or repair a mesh inside your slicer. If the STL opens but the slice looks wrong, start with scale and orientation. The printing guides list the checks that catch most of those problems.

Privacy requests

Email privacy@printmesh.app to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. The privacy policy says we respond within 30 days. Use the email address on the account. If you write from a different address, tell us the account email so we do not update the wrong person.

Deleting an account from the product settings starts the same removal. Stored images and generated models are removed within 30 days. Files you already saved on your computer are yours to keep or delete. We do not have a phone line or a street address for data requests. Email is the channel we monitor.

Billing and refunds

Paddle is the merchant of record. Card charges, invoices, and tax receipts come from Paddle, not from a PrintMesh card form. You can open the Paddle customer portal from the billing page in your account to update a payment method or cancel renewal. Canceling stops the next charge. It does not, by itself, refund the current period.

The first paid charge has a 14-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy explains how unused credits affect the amount and how to ask. After that window, renewals are not refunded. Write to support@printmesh.app if a renewal happened after you canceled, and include the receipt. The terms of service are the rules for credits and acceptable uploads.

What a useful note includes

Tell us what you expected and what happened. A sentence such as the STL downloaded but the mesh is a flat sheet is more useful than it is broken. Name the file format you downloaded, GLB, OBJ, or STL, and the quality tier if you remember it. Standard, High, and Ultra spend 1, 3, and 5 credits. If the balance did not change the way you expected, say what it showed before and after.

We read support@printmesh.app and privacy@printmesh.app. We do not offer live chat. If you are deciding whether the product fits a measured part or a prop, the about page states the limit: one clear subject, a mesh you inspect, and a slicer you already trust.
