Refund Policy

All paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PrintMesh, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. The window starts on the day Paddle charges you for the first paid period, not on the day you created the free account.

The guarantee covers the subscription fee. It does not cover a print that failed in your slicer, filament you spent, or time you spent editing an OBJ. PrintMesh generates a mesh and lets you download GLB, OBJ, or STL. Slicing and printing stay in your workshop. Read the mesh checks on the blog before you treat a preview as a finished print.

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Email support@printmesh.app with your account email and the reason for the refund. We will process your request within 3-5 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method via Paddle.

You can also open the Paddle customer portal from the billing page. That portal shows the charge and the receipt. If you write to us, include the receipt id when you have it so we do not have to guess which payment you mean. Contact lists the same address.

If you have consumed credits during the refund window, the refund amount may be adjusted proportionally. Unused credits from the current billing period are fully refundable. A generation that fails before a model is stored should return its credits. If the balance does not come back, say so in the refund email and include the approximate time of the job.

Downloading a watermarked file on the free plan does not create a payment, so there is nothing to refund. Upgrading from Free to Starter, Pro, or Unlimited is the purchase the 14-day window applies to.

After the initial 14-day window, subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep access until that date, and you keep files you already downloaded.

The terms of service describe credits that reset each cycle and do not roll over. Canceling does not convert leftover credits into cash outside the 14-day window.

The free tier does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to refunds. It includes 10 credits every month and watermarked downloads. If you never subscribe, you will not see a charge from PrintMesh or from Paddle.
